Leah Heise is an experienced executive, regulatory attorney and thought leader in the cannabis industry. As a C-Suite executive, Leah has successfully exited four companies; two through acquisition and two through Initial Public Offering. She is passionate about bringing diversity to the industry and ensuring that it grows compliantly, ethically, and with both the employee and the end user in mind while still providing returns to shareholders.

Sydney Heise is a student pursuing a Master's degree in Public Administration and Policy at American University. Sydney has experience with federal and state cannabis lobbying efforts. Sydney received a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Maryland in 2019.
